Welcome to Richard E. Miller Elementary School!

About Our School
All schools in the Washington Elementary School District are committed to achieving excellence for every child, every day, every opportunity. Richard E. Miller Elementary School's curriculum is fully aligned with State Standards.  We are also implementing the Common Core Standards in all K-5 classrooms.  The school provides art, music and PE for all grade levels as well as before and after school classes through our 21st Century Program.

Richard E. Miller Elementary School offers a wide range of services for students and parents including gifted, special education, integrated instruction and family-oriented activities.  We believe that it is the responsibility of the school to challenge all students to their fullest potential. At Richard E. Miller, we are also committed to working with parents to ensure that our students are not only prepared academically, but socially as well.  We strongly encourage parents to become involved in our PTO and Site Council.

Our Mission

Richard E. Miller Elementary School is committed to developing RESPONSIBLE, EMPOWERED, MOTIVATED learners.
